曾任教小學、中學、特殊學校和香港公開大學兼職講師。表達藝術治療服務經驗以兒童、青年、婦女和長者為主，包括不同特殊需要的人士，例如自閉症、過度活躍症、腦退化症等，亦透過表達藝術治療有效地處理兒童情緒和行為問題。近年專注教育及透過表達藝術治療幫助特殊兒童（包括智障、語障、自閉症和專注力不足等）、家長減壓和親子達藝活動等。

April has taught in the secondary school, primary school and special needs school. Now she is a part time instructor of Hong Kong Open University. In recent years, April mainly helps special children (including intellectual disabilities, ADHD, ASD) through the Expression Arts Therapy. She has organised many parents stress release and parent-child activities and offered Expressive Arts Therapy services for children, youth, women and the elderly, including those with special needs, such as ASD, ADHD, Dementia, etc. These activities and therapy not only deal with those children's emotional problems, but also improve their behavior.
